This policy explains what we collect when you shop with RAGVI, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your order.
When you browse the site we collect standard technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit.
If you ask for our emails we collect your email address and the record of your consent, including when and how you gave it. Nothing is sent to you until you confirm that address by clicking the link we email you.
We never see or store your full card details, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner.
Why We Use It
To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and keep you updated about it.
To answer your questions, handle return and exchange requests, and keep a record of your orders.
To detect and prevent fraudulent orders and misuse of the site.
To understand which pages and products people find useful, and — where you have agreed to it — to send you marketing email.
To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Who We Share It With
Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
Our payment partner, which processes your payment and its own fraud checks.
Our logistics partner and the courier assigned to your parcel, which need your name, address and mobile number to deliver it.
Our analytics and email providers, which help us measure how the site is used and send the mail you have asked for.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Marketing Emails
We use confirmed opt-in. When you enter your address in the subscribe box, we email that address a confirmation link. Your address is only added to our mailing list once you click it.
This means nobody can sign you up but you. If someone enters your address by mistake or in bad faith, you will receive one confirmation email, you do not need to do anything, and you will hear nothing further from us.
Your address is stored in Shopify, which runs our store and sends our email. We use it to tell you about new pieces, restocks and occasional styling notes. We do not send it to anyone else and we do not sell it.
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected] and we will remove you.
We keep your address and the record of your consent until you unsubscribe. If you never confirm, the unconfirmed record is removed.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to measure site traffic, including tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but your cart may not be remembered between visits.
Keeping & Deleting Your Data
We keep order records for as long as tax and company law requires, and marketing consents until you withdraw them.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
