Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of that order.
We may decline or cancel an order — and refund it in full — where a product is out of stock, a price or listing is wrong, payment is not authorised, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.
Please make sure your contact, delivery and billing details are accurate. We are not able to correct an address once a parcel has been handed to the courier.
Prices & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST and delivery within India. Nothing further is added at checkout.
We are prepaid only. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Prices, offers, stock and product information can change at any time without notice. If a piece is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Our Products
RAGVI sells imitation (fashion) jewellery: stainless steel with gold and silver finishes, with simulated stones. We do not sell precious metal or precious stones, and we make no claim otherwise.
Photographs are taken under studio lighting. Colour, stone tone, finish and size may vary slightly from what you see on screen and between individual pieces.
The finish wears with use. Please follow our Jewellery Care guide; normal wear of the finish is not a manufacturing defect.
Using This Site
All content on this site — photographs, copy, design and the RAGVI name and marks — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it, interfere with checkout, or place fraudulent orders.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
